Knowledge transference can only become reality if technical experts are deployed to assist on projects across the Commonwealth. Comnet, working through the Commonwealth Connects Programme and closely alongside the Commonwealth Secretariat, is active in sourcing and supporting experts on short- and long-term consultancy projects. Experts typically work on the formulation of ICT strategies that are in tune with the economic and social development objectives of the member countries.

Belize - Comnet supports Belize in the development of an ICT strategy for the country’s public administration by providing a technical specialist to partner local agents.

Swaziland - Under our Commonwealth Connects Programme, we are assisting Swaziland to set up a national regulatory agency for e-communications. Malta, having undergone a similar process, was an ideal partner country to lend expertise.
